Suites
Notchland has suites, three with Queen beds and two with King beds.
In addition to all the amenities of the Deluxe Rooms and the Suites, the Premium Suites have premium bathing facilities – three with 2-person whirlpool tubs and two with a soaking tub. Suites have a sitting room in addition to the bedroom and private bathroom. The Suites with whirlpool tubs also have private decks overlooking the garden and with mountain views.
Three are located in the Main House (Carter, Evans, and Kinsman) and the other two (Mad River on the first floor and Dixville on the second floor) in the School House, a few yards across the lawn.

The Two School House Suites:
The School House located just a few yards across the lawn from the Main House still stands on its original foundation built nearly 10 years prior to completion of the Manor House and once served as a one room school from mid 1800’s until 1920.
Mad River
Main floor suite with king bed and 2-person whirlpool tub.
Dixville
2nd Floor suite with queen bed and 2-person soaking tub.
